The 6 Agreements were signed in Brussels on May 28th 2009 by the minister of foreign affairs of Barbados, Maxine McClean,  the ambassadors of  Antigua and Barbuda H.E. Dr Carl Roberts , Bahamas H.E. Paul Farquharson, Mauritius H.E. Mr. Sutiawan Gunesse, Saint Kitts and Nevis H.E. James E. Williams, Seychelles H.E. Barry Faure and for the EC side, by european commissioner Jacques Barrot and the Czech republic minister of foreign affairs Helena Bambasová.
